Sudeste Navegação began its activities in 1994, operating ferries and tugboats to port support to the ships in all extension of the Port of Santos through its maritime base in Guarujá.

With 8.000m² of operational area the base provides greater agility in loading and handling of cargos on board to vessels. In 2002 the company acquired large vessels and expanded its activities to Off Shore support, which supports the operations of geophysics, platforms, diving  operations and transport of equipment for the oil industry throughout Brazilian coast.
